This October, during Día de los Muertos, we invite you to join us in San Miguel de Allende for a WiseWell Adventure devoted to the gentle, powerful art of re-membering yourself.
Not remembering as nostalgia —
but re-membering as reassembling the pieces of your belonging.
Reclaiming the parts of you you’ve abandoned.
Honoring the chapters you’ve lived.
Loving the version of you that is becoming.
Why this adventure?
In Mexico, Día de los Muertos is not a day of sorrow — but a celebration of continuity, connection, and the eternal conversation between what has been and what is becoming.
Altars are adorned.
Candles are lit.
The veil between worlds softens.
And love — in its most ancient, enduring form — rises to meet us.
This tradition reminds us:
• You belong to a lineage of love — and to yourself.
• Honoring what came before helps us soften into who we are now.
• Nothing that shaped you is lost if you choose to re-member it.
• Self-love deepens when we honor our own inner ancestors — the former versions of ourselves.
During this Adventure, we weave these concepts into a beautiful, luxurious, and deeply human journey of reflection, connection, and renewal.
What's included?
We begin with a lively welcome dinner that doubles as a cooking class led by a Mexican-born, French-trained chef—an easy, laughter-filled evening designed to bring everyone together over extraordinary food.
Throughout our days together, will explore the story and spirit of Día de los Locos—a beloved San Miguel tradition that celebrates joyful irreverence and reminds us not to take ourselves too seriously. Together, we will begin reflecting on the “masks” we wear in everyday life and the invitation to loosen them.
Each morning, Susan leads her signature sessions blending conversation, reflection, and gentle movement to awaken presence, joy, and self-awareness.
Our days include a private sound healing at extraordinary thermal baths, a leisurely vineyard lunch overlooking a tranquil lagoon, and an afternoon exploring San Miguel’s historic center—including La Fábrica Aurora’s art studios and galleries.
One evening we gather for dinner at a rooftop restaurant overlooking the Parroquia before enjoying live music nearby.
The highlight is joining the vibrant Día de los Locos parade, followed by massages back at the villa and a celebratory farewell dinner together.
Beautiful surroundings, thoughtful experiences, and shared laughter make this a retreat for both heart and spirit.
Your investment includes accommodations, meals, activities, and materials.
Spots are intentionally limited to preserve intimacy and depth.
Why this adventure matters
There are times in our lives when we feel called to pause, honor, release, and begin again. This Adventure is created for that season.
A space to:
• Lay down what no longer needs to be carried
• Reclaim the wisdom of your lived experience
• Invite back the parts of you longing to be seen
• Soften into wholeness
• Celebrate your own becoming
• And remember that love — self-love, soul-love — is the thread that connects it all.
If your heart feels a pull toward this journey — a tenderness, a curiosity, a quiet yes — trust it.
We would be honored to welcome you to San Miguel for this sacred, transformative season of remembrance and renewal this October.
